At Urban Kalakari, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24 hours or after the order has been processed/shipped will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy

Urban Kalakari currently does not offer returns on products once purchased.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be initiated in the following circumstances:

  • Successful cancellation requests made within the allowed cancellation period
  • Order cancellation due to technical errors
  • Product stock unavailability
  • Unforeseen circumstances resulting in cancellation from our end

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


4. Exchange Policy

Urban Kalakari currently does not provide exchanges.
